We just signed up for weight watchers blog 2015. So far we’ve spent two weeks tracking our progress. A good chunk of it has been at the beginning (the first day), and a good chunk of it has been during the day (the last few hours). We’ve gained 3 pounds and lost an additional 5.8 pounds. We’re now down to our goal of 15 lbs. We also lost 15 pounds, now down to 13.5 pounds.
This is a great place to start. The blog is organized into weekly and monthly goals. We have written down each goal and each day weve tracked, and we are in the process of determining how much progress has been made.
On the blog to the left is a great resource for reading about the game, and on the right is a great way to look at the game and see how the story is progressing.
Yes, this is a great place to start. We feel that the blog is a great way to keep up with updates about weight loss and weight loss tracking because it is so easy to do, and it is a great way to stay in touch with our progress and to be able to share ideas with other people.
There are a few other things you can check out if you’re interested in tracking your weight, but if you’re not, then this is a great place to start. If you have any questions about the game or tracking weight, then this is the blog for you.
This review has some really interesting feedback.
