A few years ago my wife and I moved from a major city in the Northeast to a small town in the Midwest. It’s one of those places where a lot of people don’t have cars. But it was so good that I figured I would share it with everyone in hopes it might help other people find it.

The recipe uses kale, which is a member of the cruciferous vegetable family. Crucifers are thought to help reduce inflammation in the body. This is good news because the inflammation has been a big issue for me and a lot of other people too.

I’m a big fan of cooking keto, so I usually buy the frozen cauliflower. But I have been doing cauliflower in the slow cooker for a few months now and it does not turn out as good as fresh.

Just make sure you’re in good shape for the time being. You can’t just cook it in a hurry. You can do a lot of things. Be sure to use natural ingredients like garlic and onions. And if you are ready to start cooking, do your part by adding a bit of keto. For example, I made this recipe last night. I don’t have the ingredients to make it, but I can make it.

There’s some good news though. This keto cauliflower recipe is very adaptable and can be used to make cauliflower, cauliflower rice, or even cauliflower pizza. It is one of the easiest keto recipes I’ve made and I think I might be making cauliflower rice or a pizza on a regular basis. The recipes are simple and you can always change things up.
