Mizner Park

Located in downtown Boca, Mizner Park is the city’s center for shopping, dining, and all other sorts of fun activities. As regards shopping options, you’ll come across a bunch of jewelry shops, boutiques, crafts stores, and national retailers. If you prefer watching movies, the park is also home to the iPic Theatres, which is a luxury cinema complete with dining and reserved seating.

Boca Raton Museum of Art

The Boca Raton Museum of Art is one of the leading cultural institutions in South Florida. More than 200,000 guests visit the museum per year just to see the gallery and enjoy the various programs held all year round. The museum spans over 44,000 square feet featuring dynamic exhibitions that change on a regular basis and other permanent displays. Some of the programs held include presentations by various artists, different family activities, as well as art classes for all skill levels. For children, admission is completely free of charge. For adults, you’ll have to dish out a small fee of 12$.

Gumbo Limbo Nature Center

Nature and animal lovers will definitely enjoy themselves here. The center’s theme revolves around sea turtles, and it hosts tons of environmental programs for both kids and adults. This includes turtle walks, free feeding activities, releasing of hatchlings, and sea turtle camps, just to name a few. The best part? Admission is completely free. However, a donation of 5$ is always encouraged just to help out the place with things like improvements, operations, and maintenance.

Town Center

The city’s Town Center is one of the luxury shopping hotspots in entire South Florida. This place overflows with luxury, from exquisite restaurants to designer brand shops. There are over 220 stores to shop from, including brands such as Bvlgari, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and more. If you’re feeling extra fancy during your trip, this is definitely the place to be.

The Wick Theatre & Costume Museum

Ever heard of Broadway? Well, it’s only a world-renowned theater known for producing some of the best performances and plays throughout history. Yep, that Broadway. This museum is where most of the original costumes from Broadway go and are displayed. The museum houses more than 20 million dollars worth of items ranging from suits to dresses to shoes, etc. Along with going on a tour of the facility, you can also dine here. Note, however, that the tours and luncheons start at a hefty price of $48. So, if you’re planning on heading here, bring some cash with you.

Red Reef Park

Red Reef Park is perhaps the best spot to go birdwatching. Here, you’ll find some of Florida’s spectacular avian species by the ocean side. Not a big fan of birdwatching? No problem. The park also offers other activities, such as snorkeling and surf fishing. The park also has plenty of amenities for your comfort and convenience, including showers, walkways, picnic areas, and more. So, there’s definitely no problem if you intend to stay for a bit longer here.
