I think the best way to start this blog post is to explain what I mean by the phrase, “The Three Levels of self-awareness.
This is a lot of thinking. So many thoughts, and I’m not sure how to explain this enough.
The first level of self-awareness is self-awareness, which is the ability to clearly recognize our own thoughts and desires. It’s also the ability to name and understand our own feelings. The second level is self-awareness, which is the ability to clearly recognize our own emotions and moods. The third level is self-awareness, which is the ability to clearly recognize our own body, feelings, and desires.
For the first two levels, this is hard to explain to someone who doesn’t actually have self-awareness, but there are some hints that I can give. When someone is first learning to walk, for instance, there are some physical and emotional cues that can tell him what to do. There are some physical reactions to walking that can tell him what to do. And then there are some emotional cues that can tell him what to do.
I feel like this is the most confusing part. The fact is that even if we dont have an idea what an emotion is, the emotions that we do feel are still pretty clear. You can tell by the way people are reacting to things that either are neutral or that we care about. And then there are other feelings that we can tell by the way we are reacting to things. The emotions we feel are usually the ones that we dont usually think about consciously.
This is where it gets interesting. I know that I was having a hard time describing the emotions I was having in this post, but after I came back to it, I realized that I didnt really have a clear understanding of what was going on. It’s like for me, when I feel happy, I just think I’m having a good day. When I feel sad, I think I’m having a bad day. When I feel excited, I think I’m having a good day.
Sometimes, we get distracted and forget exactly what we are feeling. This is called “the zone.” We can drift into the zone for years at a time before waking up and realizing what we were in the zone. A couple times a year, I get into the zone every day. I know it will probably sound stupid, but it’s true. I don’t just wake up and be excited about a new game I just finished playing.
The zone is a state of mind that we get into when we are emotionally or mentally distracted. We are often too absorbed in our own thoughts to notice our surroundings because we are so busy thinking about something else. But these distractions aren’t just for a few seconds. They keep coming for a while.
The real reason for the zone is to help keep our mind open while we enjoy the game. We like to do things like play chess or watch TV, we like to play music, we like to be entertained, we like to read, play games, play games. But the real reason for the zone is to let our mind stay open. By the time we get into the zone, we’re in the zone.
Now, we all know that your mind is probably pretty busy with whatever it is that keeps you awake right now. So we also know that if you have a choice between two things, you would probably choose the other thing. There’s really no reason to let your mind get distracted by a game. In fact, if you want to keep your mind open and engaged, you can’t. A good night’s sleep keeps your mind engaged.
